🔹 Position Details

Role : US IT Recruiter

Experience : 1–4 Years in US Staffing

Work Location : Sector 63, Noida (On-site)

Shift : Night Shift (US Time Zone)

Interview Mode : In-Person

Joining : Immediate Joiners Preferred

🔹 Key Responsibilities

Source, evaluate, and shortlist IT professionals using platforms such as Dice, Monster, LinkedIn, JobDiva, and other sourcing channels.

Manage the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing through onboarding.

Build and maintain strong candidate relationships, including salary negotiation and offer management.

Collaborate with US-based stakeholders across EST / CST time zones.

Support Infosys implementation hiring with accuracy, speed, and compliance.

Ensure adherence to US staffing processes, documentation, and compliance standards.

🔹 Required Skills & Qualifications

1–4 years of hands-on experience in US IT staffing.

Strong understanding of US visa types, tax terms, and recruitment workflows.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.

Mandatory : Prior experience working on Infosys implementation requirements.

Ability to perform in a target-driven and high-pressure environment.
