Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Customer Relationship Executive located in Pune. The Customer Relationship Executive will be responsible for managing client relations, ensuring customer satisfaction, and providing exceptional customer service. Day-to-day tasks include addressing client inquiries, managing business relationships, and maintaining effective communication with customers to enhance their overall experience with Goel Ganga Corporation.

Qualifications

• Excellent skills in Customer Satisfaction and Client Relations
• Proficiency in Business Relationship Management and Customer Service
• Strong Communication skills
• Detail-oriented with a commitment to delivering high levels of transparency
• A bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
• Previous experience in the real estate industry is a plus
