Responsibilities

User Experience (UX)

  • Knows about designing user-centric workflows, wireframes, and prototypes for the platform's key features.
  • Conduct user research to identify pain points, behaviors, and preferences.
  • Optimize the user journey to ensure a seamless and intuitive experience for all users.

User Interface (UI)

  • Have knowledge on Creating high-fidelity, pixel-perfect designs that reflect modern aesthetics while being functional and accessible.
  • Ensure consistency across devices with responsive and adaptive designs.
  • Enhance engagement through interactive elements and well-thought-out animations.

    • Collaboration

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product managers and developers, to align design with project goals and technical feasibility.
  • Provide detailed design specifications and assets to ensure smooth development handoff.
  • Work with branding teams to maintain visual consistency across all aspects of the platform.

    • Qualifications and Skills

    Experience

  • 6 months - 1 year of experience in UX / UI design.
  • Strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in creating visually stunning and intuitive interfaces.

    • Technical Skills

  • Proficiency in tools like Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD.
  • Good knowledge in prototyping and interaction tools such as InVision, Principle, or Framer.
  • Fair understanding of responsive and adaptive design principles.

    • Soft Skills

  • Strong problem-solving abilities with a user-first mindset.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
