AVP – Investor Relations (PMS / AIF)

Key Responsibilities :

Build and manage partnerships with distribution channels like Wealth Management Firms, IFAs, Family Offices, and Private Banks.

Source and engage potential clients across HNI, Ultra-HNI, and institutional segments for PMS and AIF products.

Lead client acquisition initiatives, handle investor pitches, and convert prospects into clients.

Collaborate with Investment and Product teams to understand and effectively communicate product strategies and value propositions.

Drive periodic roadshows, webinars, and investor education sessions.

Track competitor activity, market developments, and regulatory trends relevant to PMS and AIF segments.

Achieve predefined asset growth targets while maintaining compliance with SEBI and internal governance norms.

Prepare and present periodic performance reports, pipeline updates, and business forecasts.

Desired Candidate Profile :

10–15 years of experience in PMS / AIF sales or distribution—ideally within an AMC, wealth management firm, or registered investment advisor.

Strong existing relationships with distribution channels and client segments.

Deep familiarity with capital markets, PMS / AIF product structures, regulatory environment, and investor segmentation.

Stellar interpersonal, negotiation, presentation, and communication skills with academic credentials of B. Com or MBA in Commerce or Marketing.

Self-motivated, target-driven, and entrepreneurial mindset.
