Program Title : Archer Information Security GRC User Community Support

Type of resource : Consulting Based Services (CBS)

Job purpose :

Empower the Archer Information Security user community through targeted support, pro-cess optimization, and educational initiatives. This role ensures that users across the organi-zation can effectively engage with Archer for security risk management, findings tracking, incident reporting, and baseline control model assessments.

Broad job responsibilities :

1. Understand Archer customization deployed in Amadeus

2. User Community Support Act as the first point of contact for Archer users, resolving issues and guiding usage

3. Establish channels for supporting end users

4. Design, maintain and continually improve e-learning content (user guides, FAQs, videos, onboarding materials, How-Tos) for end users

5. Assist Units to use Archer for Security Risk Management

6. Monitor user engagement and feedback to identify improvement opportunities

7.

8. Process Improvement Analyse current workflows in Archer related to Security Risk Management, Findings Management, Incident Management, and Baseline Control Model

9. Propose and implement enhancements to improve efficiency, usability, and compli-ance.

10. Collaborate with GRC stakeholders to align process changes

Experience required

1. 8+ years in GRC (Governance, Risk and Compliance) functions

2. Hands-on experience in Archer implementation and support

Qualifications

1. Proficiency in Archer (highly preferred)

2. ISO 27001 Lead Implementer / Lead Auditor (highly desirable)

3. CISA / CISM / CISSP (desirable)

1. MS Excel, MS PowerPoint

2. Ability to work cross-functionally with technical and business stakeholders in a globally ma-trixed and complex organization

3. Excellent verbal and written communication skills

4. Strong communication and instructional design skills

5. Ability to analyse and improve business processes

6. Experience with e-learning tools and LMS platforms
