Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Co-founder and Chief Technical Officer (CTO) based in Hyderabad, with flexibility for remote work. As the CTO, I will lead the company's technical vision, guide technology strategy, and oversee the development of AI-powered energy solutions. Daily responsibilities include collaborating with cross-functional teams, analyzing emerging technologies, ensuring software development aligns with business goals, and driving innovation to meet market demands. The role also involves mentoring technical teams, engaging with stakeholders, and contributing to the company's growth strategy.

• Strong Analytical Skills to assess technical challenges and provide innovative, data-driven solutions
• Proven Communication skills to lead teams, present ideas, and engage with internal and external stakeholders
• Experience in Sales and Marketing to align technical solutions with customer needs and business objectives
• Advanced Research capabilities to stay updated on energy sector innovations and emerging technologies
• Ability to inspire and mentor development teams, with prior management experience preferred
• Bachelor's or advanced degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field
• Experience in AI, energy systems, or the utilities sector is highly desirablev
