Role Overview

The Accounts Executive will be responsible for managing day-to-day accounting operations, ensuring accurate financial reporting, and maintaining compliance with relevant laws. The role also involves working closely with management to track expenses, manage vendor payments, and oversee inventory bundling for projects.

This role requires attention to detail, a proactive mindset, and the ability to work in a fast-paced, creative environment.

Key Responsibilities

1. Accounting & Bookkeeping

• Maintain accurate records of daily financial transactions in Tally / Zoho or other accounting software.
• Manage accounts payable and receivable, ensuring timely follow-up and reconciliation.
• Track all cash transactions and maintain proper documentation.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
