About the Role :

We are looking for a seasoned Senior Sales Specialist to join our team in Hyderabad and lead our US IT Services sales efforts.

This full-time, on-site role involves driving sales growth by identifying and pursuing new business opportunities within the US market.

The successful candidate will manage client relationships, develop sales strategies, conduct market analysis, and deliver customized solutions to meet client requirements.

Collaboration with cross-functional teams will be essential to ensure customer satisfaction and achieve business targets.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Drive end-to-end sales cycles and achieve revenue targets in the US IT services market
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through strategic lead generation and networking
  • Build, maintain, and nurture strong client relationships to ensure long-term business growth
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies aligned with market trends and client needs
  • Conduct comprehensive market research and competitor analysis to identify opportunities
  • Collaborate with internal teams to coordinate service delivery and enhance customer satisfaction
  • Prepare and present proposals, sales presentations, and documentation to clients
  • Negotiate contracts and close deals with a consultative 10 to 12 years of proven experience in sales and business development, preferably in IT services
  • Strong client relationship management and negotiation skills
  • Demonstrated ability to develop and execute effective sales strategies
  • Solid market analysis and research capabilities
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
  • Experience in the technology industry is an advantage
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and drive continuous improvement
