Job Summary :
The Sales Executive is responsible for driving sales growth, achieving assigned targets, and building strong, long-term customer relationships. This role works closely with the Sales Manager to execute marketing plans, identify business opportunities, and manage product performance across assigned portfolios and customers.
Duties and Responsibilities :
- Will have Techno commercial Role for Agrochemicals / Electronics but not limited to said Industry
- Achieves agreed budget, GP, targets and continuously monitors actual sales performance against budget by product and customer
- Assists Manager to assess and define customer creditability
- Assist in the development and implementation of marketing plans, including market surveys, opportunity analysis, and follow-up actions.
- Identify key customers, evaluate market potential, and provide regular competitor activity updates.
- Plan and conduct regular customer visits to strengthen relationships and identify new business opportunities.
- Collaborate with internal teams and suppliers to address customer needs and resolve issues effectively.
- Promote new product developments and innovations to customers.
- Assisting Manager achieve sales target and establishes long term customer relationship
- Introducing latest development products / new requirements from suppliers to direct reports & customers.
- Manage customer complaints professionally, ensuring clear communication with suppliers and internal teams to achieve win-win solutions.
- Supplier Management – to provide timely Sales / Samples report
- Sample management
- Other duties assigned by supervisor.
Job Requirement / Specification :
Bachelor’s degree in chemistry preferred.Techno Commercial background preferredMinimum 5 years’ experience in Sales & Marketing, preferably within AgroChemicals, Electronic Chemicals, Basic Chemicals.Strong business acumen with product knowledge in Agro chemicals or electronic chemicals will be of advantage.Should be ready to travel extensivelyExperience in inventory management and marketing execution.Good command of English (spoken and written).Proven business development, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.Strong problem-solving abilities, positive mindset, and drive to succeed.
