Role Overview :

We are looking for a Junior Facility Technical Executive to support daily facility operations, maintenance, and technical troubleshooting. This role requires hands-on skills in building services, vendor coordination, and ensuring smooth workplace functionality.

Key Responsibilities :

Assist in daily facility management and technical operations.

Support preventive and breakdown maintenance of electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and other systems.

Monitor housekeeping, security, and vendor services for smooth operations.

Coordinate with contractors / vendors for repair and service activities.

Maintain records of maintenance schedules, stock, and utilities usage.

Ensure safety, compliance, and timely issue resolution at the site.

Support senior executives in audits, inspections, and project tasks.

Requirements :

Diploma / Degree in Electrical / Mechanical Engineering (preferred).

1–3 years of experience in facility / technical operations.

Basic knowledge of electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and safety systems.

Good communication and coordination skills.

Ability to work in shifts and handle on-ground facility requirements.

Work Mode : On-site

Working Days : 6 days a week
