About the Role :

We are looking for a passionate Fullstack Developer (MERN) to join our growing team. If you love building scalable applications, designing APIs, and creating modern frontend experiences with React.js & Next.js, this role is for you!!

Key Responsibilities :

Participate in the full development lifecycle (design / build / test / deploy / support).
Build robust RESTful APIs with Node.js & Express.js.
Develop responsive, user-friendly UI components using React.js.
Implement SEO-friendly apps with Next.js (SSR, SSG, API Routes, Server Actions).
Work with MongoDB for data modeling and storage.
Write unit tests using Mocha, Chai, Jest (or similar).
Collaborate with designers, engineers & product managers in Agile / Scrum teams.
Debug, optimize, and maintain high-performance code.
Stay updated with the latest tech trends & best practices.

Mandatory Requirements :

2+ years of hands-on MERN stack development (MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, Node.js).

1+ years in frontend development (React.js, HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript ES6+).

Strong experience with Next.js (SSR / SSG, API Routes, Server Actions).

Proven ability in API development (Node.js + Express.js).

Unit testing experience (Mocha, Chai, Jest).

Worked in Agile / Scrum environments.

Preferred Skills :

Exposure to AWS / GCP / DevOps.

Knowledge of Core Web Vitals & Performance optimization.

B.E / B.Tech / BCA or equivalent.
