W e are looking for a Presales Solutions Engineer / Manager for Gurgaon location. Please find below the job description.

Role : Presales Solutions Engineer / Manager

Experience : Minimum 4 Years as a relevant experience

Location : Gurgaon

Reporting to : Director / Lead Solution Architect

Job description

About the position

We are looking for a suitable candidate with great communication skills and an understanding of the Telecom industry. As a Senior Solutions Expert you will work closely across various verticals such as product development, sales and marketing, and customer relations.
Your job will also include understanding the customer ’ s needs and pitching the company s products as suitable solutions. You will also be required to actively observe customer behaviour and predict future needs for product development.

What You will Do

Own proposals, RFP / RFI / RFQ responses end-to-end

Research competing products / solutions and changing paradigms in the context of latest trends in domain and technology

Lead proof-of-concept (POC s) for client opportunities

Capability presentation to prospects

Front-end key customer engagements from domain perspective

Provide consultation to delivery teams on domain side

Ability to elicit functional and non-functional requirements from high level requirements.

Assist Sales team with proposal pitches

What You will Bring

Total of 4 + years of experience in the Telecom industry

Should have played multiple roles including software product / solutions delivery, business analysis, pre-sales, customer-facing across multiple geographies

Domain experience should include the following :

Understanding of 4G / 5G network elements (e.G. HSS / HLR, PCRF / PCF, MME / AMF / SMF, S-GW / UPF, AF / NEF)

OSS, BSS , IMS, Core Network.

Experience in leading responses to large RFPs, RFIs, RFQs

Travel readiness for conferences, presentations, workshops
