Job Description :

We are seeking an experienced ServiceNow Administrator / Developer to manage, support, and enhance our ServiceNow platform. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the day-to-day administration, configuration, customization, and troubleshooting of ServiceNow, ensuring its optimal performance and alignment with business needs. You will collaborate closely with IT teams, provide technical support to users, and ensure platform security and compliance with governance Responsibilities :

  • Perform daily administration tasks including user management, access control, and system configuration.
  • Design, develop, and maintain ServiceNow applications, workflows, business rules, and integrations with other IT systems.
  • Manage system upgrades, patches, and ensure smooth release deployments.
  • Monitor system performance, proactively identify issues, and implement effective solutions.
  • Maintain security, enforce governance policies, and ensure compliance with organizational standards.
  • Provide technical support to users and troubleshoot incidents related to the ServiceNow platform.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional IT teams to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
  • Document processes, configurations, and custom developments for audit and knowledge management purposes.
  • Stay updated with ServiceNow best practices and emerging :
  • Bachelors degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in ServiceNow administration and development.
  • ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) certification is mandatory.
  • Strong knowledge of ITSM processes and modules such as Incident, Problem, Change, Asset, CMDB, and Service Catalog.
  • Experience in creating workflows, business rules, client scripts, UI policies, and integrations (REST, SOAP).
  • Good analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a collaborative team environment and handle multiple tasks.
