Requirements
Job Responsibilities :
- Train and fine-tune AI bots using internal tools and datasets.
- Proficient in English with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Excel for data handling and analysis.
- Ability to train AI bots effectively and understand conversational flows.
- Quick learner with a strong grasping ability for new tools and dashboards.
- Work with tools like Jira for task tracking and Postman for testing.
- Maintain and update training documentation and workflows.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather training requirements and feedback.
- Monitor bot performance and suggest improvements based on user interactions.
