We are looking for a detail-oriented and reliable HR Payroll Analyst to manage end-to-end payroll processes with accuracy and compliance. The role involves handling payroll execution, ensuring adherence to statutory regulations, and resolving employee payroll-related queries. Experience with leading payroll systems is essential.
Key Responsibilities :
- Manage accurate and timely payroll processing for employees in accordance with internal policies and statutory guidelines.
- Ensure compliance with all applicable labor laws, tax regulations, and audit requirements.
- Maintain and update payroll data including employee records, earnings, deductions, leave, and attendance.
- Handle reconciliations, monthly payroll reports, and support audits.
- Address and resolve employee queries related to salary, tax, and deductions.
- Work with HR and Finance teams to ensure seamless payroll coordination.
- Stay up to date with payroll trends, changes in tax regulations, and compliance norms.
