Job descriptionEducation : Bachelors degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field (Master's preferred). Experience : 4 –12 years of experience in mechanical design or product development Technical Skills : Proficiency in CAD software (e.g., SolidWorks, CATIA, Creo, NX, or AutoCAD). Knowledge of GD&T, DFM / DFA principles, and mechanical design standards. Technically sound in area of sheet metal, Fabrication, Plastics, Aerodynamics, Vibration, Precision machining. Familiarity with FEA tools (ANSYS, Abaqus, or similar) and tolerance analysis. Experience with prototyping, testing, and manufacturing processes (e.g., machining, injection molding, sheet metal, 3D printing). Conversant with Value engineering techniques, ISO 9001, ISO 13485, GMP & other relevant standards Soft Skills : Strong problem-solving ability, creativity, teamwork, and attention to detail.
