We’re looking for a Principal Software Development Consultant who leads by example — through code, problem-solving, and real delivery , not just guidance.
You’ll design and ship cloud-native, high-performance systems , using modern infrastructure and compiled languages like Rust (preferred) or C++ , while mentoring teams through strong technical leadership.
🔧 What You’ll Do
- Build scalable, cloud-native backend systems
- Write production-grade Rust (or / and C++) code focused on performance
- Lead through code reviews, prototyping, and mentorship
- Work hands-on with containers, Kubernetes, autoscaling, and CI / CD
- Drive implementation from design to deployment
- Tune performance and handle concurrency & optimization challenges
