ABOUT THE ROLE

As the Associate Curriculum Development Director – Pre-Primary , you will lead the design and development of innovative, age-appropriate curriculum for LEAD-powered schools. You will bring deep expertise in early childhood education, a passion for nurturing young minds, and a commitment to delivering exceptional learning experiences for pre-primary learners. The role involves managing a team of curriculum developers, collaborating across functions, and ensuring the creation of engaging, developmentally sound, and inquiry-driven educational materials that empower both teachers and students. You will play a pivotal role in advancing LEAD’s mission to deliver excellent, affordable education to every child.

ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES

Curriculum Strategy & Content Development

• Design and deliver a high-quality, error-free curriculum for pre-primary students that meets developmental and learning needs.
• Develop innovative academic products including lesson plans, assessments, and multi-format learning materials.
• Review, provide feedback, and ensure the accuracy, age-appropriateness, and quality of content created by Curriculum Development Managers (CDMs), Subject Content Associates (SCAs), and Subject Content Managers (SCMs).
• Research best practices in Early Childhood Care and Education (ECCE) and integrate them into curriculum design.
• Visit LEAD partner schools to understand on-ground requirements and translate insights into actionable content improvements.
