Job Description : Oracle Application Developer

Job Type : Full-Time Remote

Experience : 4–10 Years

Availability : 0–15 days

Salary : ₹70,000–1,20,000 per month

We are hiring a for a full-time remote role. The position involves developing, enhancing, and supporting Oracle Retail Management Systems with strong focus on performance, security, and business needs.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, test, and maintain enterprise applications (RMS).
  • Translate functional specs into technical solutions and implement features.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams in Agile / Waterfall environments.
  • Perform performance tuning, troubleshooting, and production support (24 / 7 on-call rotation).
  • Administer and debug batch schedules (Control-M).

Required Skills

  • 4–10 years of development experience in Oracle SQL & PL / SQL.
  • Knowledge of Oracle Retail, Pro
  • C batch troubleshooting, and system integration.
  • Familiarity with Windows / Linux OS; Jira, Confluence, and Atlassian stack.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Java / .NET exposure is a plus.
