Job Overview

The Practice Head - Oracle is a senior leadership position responsible for defining the strategy, managing the execution, and ensuring the operational excellence of the organization's Oracle consulting, implementation, and managed services portfolio delivered from the offshore center. This role drives significant revenue growth, optimizes service delivery, manages key client relationships, and cultivates a high-performance, expert team across various Oracle technology stacks (e.G., Oracle Fusion Cloud, EBS, HCM, SCM).

Roles and Responsibilities

Delivery / Project / Engagement / Portfolio Management :

• Oversee delivery management, ensuring that projects are proceeding accordingly, and that company methodologies & processes are being followed.
• Recruit, train and manage a team of Managers who will help in day-to-day management of all engagements being delivered to customers.
• Monitor engagement health and resolve escalated issues.
• Engage in at risk projects to help develop and execute action plan to resolve project issues.
• Identify and resolve gross margin erosion and revenue shortfall issues across projects.
• Manage engagement cost and work with managers to reduce costs to bring it in line with engagement contract.
• Set client satisfaction rating expectations with team and drive towards meeting client satisfaction rating results.
