We are looking for a BigCommerce Project Manager to lead and oversee e-commerce projects from conception to successful delivery. The ideal candidate will have strong experience managing BigCommerce-based projects, coordinating cross-functional teams, and ensuring timely, high-quality outcomes. If you have a passion for e-commerce platforms, exceptional organizational skills, and the ability to translate business requirements into actionable plans — we’d love to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities :

• Manage end-to-end BigCommerce project lifecycle — from planning, execution, and delivery to post-launch support.
• Collaborate with developers, designers, QA, and marketing teams to ensure seamless project execution.
• Gather, analyze, and document project requirements in alignment with business goals.
• Create and manage project plans, timelines, and budgets to ensure timely delivery.
• Communicate project progress, risks, and challenges effectively to stakeholders.
• Ensure proper integration of third-party apps, APIs, and tools within the BigCommerce ecosystem.
• Conduct quality assurance checks before project go-live.
• Work closely with clients to provide updates, address issues, and ensure satisfaction.
• Coordinate deployment schedules, testing phases, and post-launch support.
• Identify areas for process improvement and contribute to overall team efficiency.
