SAP FTM Capability Lead

Grade : E1 / E2

The Opportunity

We are seeking a visionary and accomplishedSAP FTM Capability lead with experience building capabilities on the newer technology within SAP scope. Minimum Experience of 5 years in leading the SAP FTM Capability is must.

Our Ideal Candidate

• 18+ yrs. of experience in either SAP delivery or S / 4 transformation programs, capability building on newer technology / trend, managing talent aspiration and career path.
• Should be Niche skill certified in FTM.
• Should have experience in S / 4 Project either in implementation or roll-out or conversion specifically in niche skills such as cFIN, TRM, RAR, DRC etc., besides FI and CO.
• Should be well-versed with the latest technology and its trajectory to lead Finance to Manage capability.
• Should be able to do client presentations, lead POC developments, contribute towards RFP responses, work with CoE and other enabling teams.
• Should have strong leadership skills to lead a capability of 1500+ people across multiple locations in India.
• Should understand the dynamics of how the capability or practice is planned and delivered in the areas of Finance to Manage.
• Should have experience working with leadership teams to manage and delivery capability key topics and manage a large team size.
• Ability to define Road map / Strategy for SAP FTM considering market conditions and technological changes.
• Ability to coach and create new leaders within FTM capability to drive practice initiatives.
• Should be an excellent orator and ability to interact with client as necessary.
• Provide support in deals when help sought by the CoE Sales team.
• Work closely with Staffing / RMG and OPS team as per needs.
