Job Type : Full Time

Salary Range : ₹15,000 – ₹25,000 per month (Fixed + Incentives)

Key Responsibilities :

  • Call and follow up with potential leads provided by the company.
  • Convert prospective students to clients by promoting and counseling them about relevant education courses.
  • Achieve revenue generation targets through effective communication and persuasion.
  • Maintain updated records of leads, follow-ups, and conversions using the company's CRM.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and resolve student queries promptly.
  • Work collaboratively with the marketing and sales teams for lead conversion strategies.

Job Requirements :

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong persuasion and ability to convince students and parents.
  • Proficiency in using computers, CRM software, and MS Excel.
  • Experience in telecalling, counselling, or business development preferred.
  • Professional, motivated, and target-driven attitude.
