Position : Sr. Ticketing Executive

Location : Malad, Mumbai

Experience : 3–5 Years ( Ticketing Experience Mandatory )

What You’ll Do :

✅ Handle domestic & international airline ticket bookings (GDS – Galileo / Amadeus)

✅ Manage reservations, changes, cancellations & refunds efficiently

✅ Provide exceptional customer service & upsell travel add-ons

✅ Ensure compliance with airline & industry regulations

✅ Handle travel disruptions professionally

What We’re Looking For :

• Proven experience in ticketing & reservations
• Strong GDS knowledge (Galileo / Amadeus)
• Excellent communication & customer service skills
• Detail-oriented & proactive attitude
• Travel & Tourism certification is an advantage
