About the RoleWe are seeking a driven and results-oriented Business Development Manager with strong expertise in freelance bidding platforms (Upwork, Freelancer, Fiverr, etc.) . In this role, you will identify new business opportunities, craft winning proposals, and build long-term client relationships. You will play a key role in expanding our global footprint and driving consistent revenue growth.
Key ResponsibilitiesGenerate qualified leads and build a robust sales pipeline through Upwork, Freelancer, Fiverr, PPH, Guru , and LinkedIn Sales Navigator .
Write persuasive and client-focused proposals to win projects.
Negotiate effectively with prospects and close deals to achieve revenue targets.
Build and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring repeat and referral business.
Collaborate with internal delivery teams to align client requirements with services.
Conduct market and competitor research to identify growth opportunities.
Explore upselling / cross-selling opportunities for additional services.
Skills & Qualifications3+ years of proven experience in Upwork bidding, business development, or lead generation.
Strong expertise in proposal writing , client communication, and negotiation.
Hands-on experience with Sales Navigator, Lusha, Apollo, and freelance platforms.
Ability to identify, pitch, and close high-value international clients.
Prior experience in selling Web Development, Mobile Apps, or Digital Marketing services is preferred.
Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently.
