Position Overview
We are seeking a Social Media & Communications Lead to manage our digital presence and internal / external communications. This role requires someone who can seamlessly manage multiple social media channels coordinate internal communications and handle external press announcements while collaborating effectively with stakeholders across various regions and departments.
Key Responsibilities
Social Media Management
Manage and optimize multiple LinkedIn company pages and other social media channelsDevelop and execute comprehensive social media content calendars aligned with business objectivesCreate engaging brand-consistent content that drives audience engagement and thought leadershipBuild and grow relevant high-quality follower base through targeted audience development strategiesMonitor social media performance metrics and provide regular reporting and insightsStay current with social media trends platform updates and best practicesRespond to comments messages and engage with followers in a timely professional mannerInternal Communications
Design and manage internal newsletter content by coordinating with various departments - company news updates and initiativesDevelop and maintain internal communication templates and brand guidelinesManage and update brand templates presentation decks and company overview materialsProvide brand and communications enablement to teams across different regionsEnsure brand consistency across all internal and external communications touchpointsExternal Communications

Experience
7-9 years of experience in social media management digital marketing or communicationsProven track record of managing multiple social media accounts simultaneouslyExperience with B2B social media particularly LinkedInBackground in internal communications or employee engagement initiativesExperience working in cross-functional matrix organizationsTechnical Skills
