Creative Designer (Mumbai)

About the role :

As a Creative Designer for Cuddles Foundation, you will be responsible for conceptualising, designing, and producing impactful visual and video content that brings our mission and stories to life. You will lead creative thinking for campaigns, events, and digital initiatives, using a blend of design expertise, storytelling, and AI-assisted tools to create content that resonates deeply with our audiences.

You will take ownership of creative projects from interpreting briefs to delivering final assets while providing direction during shoots, ensuring brand consistency, and maintaining high-quality visual output across platforms.

Responsibilities :

• Understand target audiences (internal and external) and develop visually compelling videos and designs for marketing campaigns, fundraising initiatives, and events.
• Take creative ownership of projects from brief to final delivery, providing direction, concepts, and visual narratives without extensive supervision.
• Design and edit videos for promotional content, event highlights, and storytelling pieces across digital and social media platforms.
• Provide creative direction during shoots, guiding framing, tone, and visual storytelling.
• Develop landing pages using Wix or WordPress in collaboration with the digital team, ensuring strong design and user experience.
• Create and maintain visual assets and templates using Adobe Creative Cloud, Canva, Figma, Google Slides, and Mailchimp.
• Leverage AI-assisted tools such as ChatGPT, Midjourney, Veo 3, Runway, or similar platforms for ideation, asset generation, and workflow efficiency.
• Review and refine creative assets to align with brand guidelines, campaign goals, and messaging.
• Stay updated with trends in design, video storytelling, AI innovation, and digital communication.
