Project Manager, Avigna, Pune

Working Hours :

Monday to Friday, 9 : 30 AM to 6 : 30 PM

Mandatory Skill Set :

Proven experience in

managing end-to-end software delivery

Hands-on experience with

international clients , especially in

technology-driven projects

Fluency in Korean (spoken and written)

is

mandatory , as the role involves regular communication with Korean-speaking stakeholders

Job Description :

10+ years of total experience with at least

5 years as a Project Manager

Experience in

Agile project delivery , sprint planning, team management, and stakeholder reporting

Strong experience in working with

cross-functional engineering teams

including development, QA, and DevOps

Excellent

Korean communication skills

for daily calls, reporting, and documentation

Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and align delivery with business goals

Strong organizational and problem-solving skills, with a proven track record of

timely project execution

Good to have : experience managing projects in the

IoT, AI, or enterprise SaaS

domains

Capable of independently handling

risk management, escalations, and change management

Strong collaboration and leadership mindset with experience managing teams of

10–30+ members
