Location : Remote (Full-time)

Need to work 48 hours / week

Salary : ₹25,000 – ₹45,000 (Fixed)

Bonus : Performance-based (for campaign ROI, conversions, and client success)

Role Overview

We’re hiring a  Growth & Performance Marketing Specialist  who will  own the growth function end-to-end  — from  acquisition  (SEO, Paid Ads) to  activation  (landing pages, funnels, CRO) to  retention  (reporting, client success).

This is  not a “run ads only” role .

We’re looking for someone who truly understands how  traffic → lead → MQL → customer → repeat  works — and can optimize every stage.

You’ll work directly with the  Founder / Manager  to shape campaign strategy, offer positioning, funnel design, analytics, and client reporting.

What You Will Do

1. SEO & Organic Growth

  • Build and execute full-funnel SEO strategies — technical, on-page, and off-page.
  • Conduct keyword research, content gap analysis, and competitor audits to find new ranking opportunities.
  • Optimize titles, meta tags, internal linking, and site architecture for crawlability and ranking.
  • Collaborate with content / design teams to create SEO-led landing pages and blogs that actually convert.
  • Track performance via  GA4, Google Search Console, Ahrefs, SEMrush  and drive monthly improvements.
  • Stay proactive about algorithm updates, Core Web Vitals, and traffic changes — and act fast.

2. Performance Marketing (PPC / Paid Social / B2B Ads)

  • Plan, launch, and manage  high-ROI campaigns  on :
  • Google Ads (Search, Performance Max, Display, Remarketing)
  • Meta Ads (Facebook, Instagram)
  • LinkedIn Ads (B2B lead generation)
  • Set up proper conversion tracking, pixels, and GTM events.
  • Define campaign goals — leads, sales, booked calls, form fills, or eCom purchases.
  • Continuously A / B test  ad copies, creatives, landing pages, and audiences.
  • Monitor and improve  CAC, CPA, CPL, ROAS, frequency, CTR.
  • Allocate and optimize budgets weekly / monthly for maximum efficiency.
  • Build  retargeting and lookalike audiences  to deepen funnel performance.
  • 3. Growth Strategy & Funnel Management

  • Design  multi-touchpoint lead generation funnels  (ad → landing page → email / WhatsApp → sales call).
  • Implement CRO tactics — heatmaps, form optimization, headline testing, social proof, urgency triggers.
  • Collaborate with tech / content teams to build landing pages on  Webflow, WordPress, or no-code tools.
  • Set up  nurture sequences  for leads that don’t convert immediately.
  • Identify  quick wins  for scaling : new geos, offer angles, audience segments, remarketing layers.
  • Contribute to  internal growth playbooks, SOPs, and offer packaging  to acquire more clients.
  • 4. Client Management, Reporting & Retention

  • Act as the  primary marketing POC  for assigned clients.
  • Conduct  weekly / bi-weekly performance calls : what worked, what didn’t, and what’s next.
  • Create and present detailed  campaign performance reports  (traffic, leads, CPL, ROAS, MQLs).
  • Educate clients on strategic decisions —  brand vs. demand, TOFU vs. BOFU, retargeting logic.
  • Identify  upsell / cross-sell  opportunities (e.g., SEO + Ads, Funnels + Ads, Content + Performance).
  • Work internally with design, dev, and content teams to ensure timely execution.
  • 5. Analytics, Dashboards & Documentation

  • Build and maintain dashboards in  GA4, Looker Studio, or Sheets.
  • Track key metrics :   traffic, source / medium performance, leads, conversion rate, CPL, retention, ROI.
  • Deliver  monthly growth reports  with insights and action items (not just screenshots).
  • Maintain campaign documentation, learnings, and audience data for future optimization.
  • You’ll Be a Great Fit If You

  • Have  4+ years of hands-on experience  in SEO, Paid Ads, and Growth (agency or startup).
  • Are fluent in tools like :
  • Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, LinkedIn Campaign Manager
  • GA4, Google Tag Manager, Search Console
  • Ahrefs / SEMrush / SimilarWeb
  • Understand  sales funnels, CAC / LTV, and customer journeys.
  • Can confidently explain  why CPL increased  or  why a TOFU campaign is needed.
  • Can handle multiple accounts and prioritize for  maximum ROI.
  • Are  self-driven, fast-moving, and experiment-focused  — you prefer testing over waiting for “perfect conditions.”
  • Experience with B2B lead gen, SaaS, international markets, or landing page tools.
