EHS Officer [Urgent Search]

Position : EHS Officer

Experience Required : From 3 to 7 Years

Salary Negotiable : From 30000 to 45000 PM

Job Location : Limbadia(Gandhinagar)

Job Description : Key Responsibilities

 Responsible for Safety induction for visitor, Contract workman and New Employee.

 Responsible to Take the plant round and identify the safety related Observation and report and communicate the same.

 Responsible to Check the Safety Shower, Fire Extinguisher, First aid Kit, Fire bucket, Fire hydrant and fire pump house as

per defined frequency as per defined checklist.

 Responsible for PPE Matrix defined, Distribution and maintain the stock record for the same.

 Responsible for Training Need identification (on job safety related) and delivering the same.

 Responsible for coordinate with vendor for fire extinguisher refilling, fire hydrant and sprinkler system.

 Responsible for all safety PPE and Medicine Procurement.

 Responsible for interplant PPE and medicine requirement and distribution and collection.

 Responsible for other Plant visit to check the EHS compliances and monitoring the same.

 Responsible for periodic test of safety equipment, siren and other things.

 Responsible to conduct the Mock drill, Safety committee meeting and monitoring of lux, stack & air and noise per legal

requirement and compliances.

 Responsible to review the on-site emergency plan as per defined frequency of EHS system

 Responsible to conduct the Third-party safety audit and compliances.

 Responsible for GPCB reporting and monitoring of timely Hazardous scrap deposal.

 Responsible to adhere the IMS system documentation and compliance of the system as per defined procedure like LOTO

system, Incident Accident Report and Investigation, Work Permit Etc.

 Responsible to DOW and DNB EHS Matrix Reporting.
