Job descriptionIdentify and onboard new customers and resellers in the data storage and backup ecosystem. Understand customer requirements and suggest suitable Spectra Logic configurations and models. Work with internal and vendor teams to prepare quotations, proposals, and RFP responses. Achieve quarterly and annual sales targets for Spectra Logic products. Maintain updated records of opportunities, leads, and forecasts. 2-5 years of experience selling LTO Tapes, Tape Libraries, or Enterprise Storage Solutions. Familiarity with LTO technology, data archiving, and backup workflows. Good understanding of enterprise customers' procurement and IT infrastructure environment. Excellent communication, relationship-building, and negotiation skills. Self-motivated and able to work independently. Basic technical understanding of backup software, SAN / NAS storage, or tape automation is preferred. Opportunity to represent Spectra Logic solutions across India.
