Role Overview

We are seeking dynamic leaders to architect and drive next-generation

Agentic AI solutions

within the

Insurance (P&C)

domain. The ideal candidate will combine deep industry expertise with strong solutioning and consulting skills to design, implement, and optimize AI-driven, autonomous systems that enhance decision-making, process efficiency, and customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

Identify opportunities to deploy

agentic AI

across insurance workflows (claims, underwriting, policy management, customer service).

Lead the

solution architecture

of multi-agent systems, workflow orchestration, and prompt strategies.

Collaborate with engineering and business teams for seamless system integration (ERP, CRM, Helpdesk, etc.).

Drive

proof-of-concept

development and measure business impact through defined success metrics.

Ensure compliance with

ethical AI, security, and governance

standards.

Engage with senior clients to communicate value, roadmap, and transformation strategy.

Required Skills & Experience

Strong understanding of

LLMs, autonomous agents, and workflow orchestration tools .

Demonstrated expertise in

Insurance / P&C domain

– mandatory.

Background in

consulting / advisory

(preferred : EY, Accenture, EXL, or similar).

Proven ability to rationalize tech fitment, define ROI, and translate business challenges into AI-led solutions.

Excellent client presence, analytical thinking, and communication skills.
