Performance Marketing Executive – Meta & Google Ads

Key Responsibilities
- Plan, execute, and optimize paid campaigns across Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube).
- Monitor daily performance metrics (CTR, CPC, CPM, ROAS, CPA, Conversion Rate) and optimize budgets for maximum ROI.
- Conduct keyword research , A / B testing , and audience segmentation to improve campaign efficiency.
- Create compelling ad copies, visuals, and landing page briefs aligned with brand objectives.
- Collaborate with design and content teams for ad creatives and performance reports.
- Analyze and report campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics, Meta Insights, and GA4 .
- Stay updated on industry trends , algorithm updates , and new ad formats across platforms.
- Suggest strategies for funnel optimization and retargeting to increase conversions.
- Track competitor activities and benchmark best practices.
Required Skills & Competencies
Hands-on experience with Meta Ads Manager , Google Ads , and Google Analytics (GA4) .Strong analytical and problem-solving skills;comfort with data interpretation and reporting.
Understanding of e-commerce funnels , pixel tracking , and conversion attribution .Proficiency in Excel / Google Sheets for campaign analysis.Basic knowledge of SEO and marketing automation tools is an advantage.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Creative mindset with an eye for effective ad design and copy.Ability to manage multiple campaigns, meet deadlines, and adapt to fast-changing priorities.Preferred Qualifications
Certification in Google Ads or Meta Blueprint preferred.Experience with Shopify , Amazon Ads , or performance-based D2C marketing is a plus.Prior experience in nutrition, wellness, FMCG , or consumer brands will be advantageous.
