We are looking for a Senior Backend Engineer / Technical Lead to join our growing technology team. Youll play a key role in designing, developing, and deploying high-performance APIs and services that power our core platform.
Key Responsibilities :
- Lead, guide, and mentor a small team of backend developers, ensuring code quality, best practices, and timely delivery.
- Architect, design, and develop RESTful APIs and microservices using Java (Spring Boot).
- Work extensively with MySQL, MongoDB, and Neo4j for optimal data modelling and query performance.
- Manage AWS cloud deployments (ECS / Fargate, RDS, S3, CloudWatch) and ensure infrastructure scalability and uptime.
- Collaborate closely with frontend, QA, DevOps, and product teams to deliver end-to-end, high-quality software solutions.
- Implement CI / CD pipelines using tools like Jenkins and Docker for smooth and automated deployments.
- Optimize application performance, scalability, and reliability through continuous improvement and code reviews.
