Job Summary :
We are looking for a dedicated and experienced Human Resources Manager to join our team in Mumbai.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and overseeing HR activities for our teams located across India.
This role requires a proactive individual with strong communication skills and a thorough understanding of HR best practices.
Key Responsibilities :
- Recruitment and Onboarding : Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including job postings, candidate sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding new hires.
- Employee Relations : Foster a positive work environment by addressing employee concerns, conducting performance reviews, and implementing engagement initiatives.
- Policy Implementation : Develop, update, and enforce HR policies and procedures in compliance with local laws and company standards.
- Training and Development : Identify training needs and coordinate professional development programs to enhance employee skills and growth.
- Payroll and Benefits Administration : Oversee payroll processing, manage employee benefits programs, and ensure accurate and timely disbursement of salaries.
- Compliance and Record Keeping : Maintain employee records, ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations, and handle any HR-related audits or inspections.
- Performance Management : Develop and implement performance management systems, including setting goals, conducting appraisals, and facilitating career development plans alongwith key leadership in the company.
- HR Strategy & Planning : Contribute to the development and execution of HR strategies aligned with the companys business goals and objectives.
- Remote Team Management : Support and manage HR activities for remote teams across various locations in India.
Qualifications :
Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.10+ years of experience in HR management, preferably in a media or marketing agency.Comprehensive knowledge of HR principles, practices, and employment laws in India.Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with employees at all levels.Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.Proven ability to handle confidential information with discretion and integrity.Excellent organizational and time-management skills, with a keen attention to detail.Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a remote working environment.(ref : iimjobs.com)
