Responsibilities

Oversee centralized operations for Retail Banking, Corporate Banking, and Facility Management.

Control operational losses and prevent revenue leakage.

Implement systems to capture customer feedback, conduct RCA, and improve processes.

Ensure timely compliance with Board and Committee commitments.

Automate and scale processes for greater efficiency.

Reconcile and rectify GL and intermediary accounts promptly.

Centralize and ensure timely submission of regulatory returns.

Optimize costs through vendor negotiation and process automation.
