About the Role :

We are seeking an experienced Lead React.js Developer with 7+ years of hands-on front-end development experience to join our innovative team. The ideal candidate will lead the design and development of high-performance web applications, mentor junior developers, and collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable and user-centric solutions.

Key Responsibilities :

Lead the front-end development efforts using React.js and modern web technologies.

Architect, design, and develop robust, reusable, and efficient components.

Collaborate with UI / UX designers, backend developers, and product teams to define and implement high-quality user experiences.

Drive code reviews, enforce coding standards, and ensure best practices in performance, security, and maintainability.

Optimize applications for maximum speed, scalability, and responsiveness.

Troubleshoot, debug, and upgrade existing applications as needed.

Mentor and guide junior developers within the team.

Stay current with emerging technologies and propose improvements to enhance product quality and team efficiency.

Requirements :

7+ years of professional experience in front-end development , with at least 4+ years focused on React.js .

Strong proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+), React.js, Redux, and related libraries .

Deep understanding of HTML5, CSS3 , and responsive web design principles.

Hands-on experience integrating with RESTful APIs and handling asynchronous data flows.

Expertise in state management (Redux, Redux Toolkit) and performance optimization techniques.

Knowledge of modern authorization mechanisms such as OAuth2 / JWT .

Proficiency with version control tools (Git, GitHub / GitLab) and CI / CD workflows .

Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.

Excellent communication, leadership, and collaboration skills.

Preferred Qualifications :

Experience with TypeScript and Next.js .

Familiarity with front-end build tools like Webpack, Babel, Vite , etc.

Experience with unit and integration testing frameworks (Jest, React Testing Library, Cypress).

Understanding of micro-frontend architecture and cloud deployment (AWS / Azure) .

Previous experience in leading or mentoring teams in an Agile / Scrum environment.
