What You’ll Do :

End-to-end US IT recruitment

Understand client needs & source top talent

Work closely with Account Managers

Use job portals & networks to find candidates

Handle various IT roles & ensure high interview conversion

Meet recruitment SLAs & collaborate with internal teams

What are we looking for :

Based in

Mumbai

(mandatory)

Experience in

US BPO / KPO or Freshers

Excellent English communication

Strong networking & interpersonal skills

Eager to learn IT skills & technologies

Analytical, organized, and a team player
