Role Description

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Junior Video Editor with 1 year of professional experience to join our content team. The ideal candidate will not only have strong editing skills but also be eager to actively contribute on set during shoots. This role is perfect for someone who is passionate about storytelling, has a keen eye for visuals, and wants to grow into a well-rounded video production professional.

Key Responsibilities

• Video Editing
• Edit short-form and long-form video content for digital platforms (ads, social media, brand films, product videos, etc.).
• Organize and manage raw footage, ensuring smooth post-production workflows.
• Add music, sound effects, graphics, and text overlays in line with brand guidelines.
• Collaborate with the creative team to deliver engaging, polished final outputs on tight deadlines.
• On-Shoot Assistance
• Support the cinematographer and senior editor during shoots.
• Help set up and manage equipment such as cameras, lights, and audio gear.
• Assist with continuity, shot coordination, and behind-the-scenes support.
• Capture additional content such as BTS, social snippets, or secondary angles when required.
