We are hiring an IT Recruiter / Talent Acquisition Executive with experience hiring for software / SaaS roles to join Script Assist in Ahmedabad.

Script Assist is one of the fastest-growing digital health platforms in the UK — powering over 1 in every 5 private medical cannabis prescriptions and rapidly expanding into GLP-1s and TRT. We’re building digital infrastructure for private healthcare and scaling fast in India.

This role is 80% IT recruitment, 20% HR operations .

You’ll hire engineers and operators, streamline talent pipelines, improve processes, and work closely with founders. You’ll also support HR operations for our India team.

✅ Key Responsibilities

IT / Technical Recruitment (Primary)

  • Source and screen candidates for software, product, and operations roles
  • Run the full hiring funnel — sourcing to offer coordination
  • Manage postings, outreach, and talent pipeline tracking
  • Coordinate interviews with leadership across India and UK
  • Build talent pools for future tech and SaaS roles

    • HR Operations (Secondary)

  • Onboarding & offboarding support
  • Employee documentation & contract handling
  • Attendance, leave logs, & basic payroll inputs
  • Culture, engagement, and performance cycle support

    • 🎯 What We’re Looking For

  • 1.5–3 years of IT recruitment / talent acquisition experience
  • Strong experience hiring for software engineering / SaaS roles
  • Exposure to HR generalist tasks (bonus)
  • Fluent in Gujarati, Hindi, and English
  • Excellent sourcing, coordination, and follow-up skills
  • Comfortable working directly with founders
  • Fast, organised, proactive, detail-driven

  • Based in Ahmedabad or nearby
  • Comfortable working UK hours (non-negotiable)
  • Can join immediately or within 15 days
  • Hybrid availability, 2–3 office days / week
