Job descriptionAnalyze cargo performance data (tonnage, yield, load factor, revenue, and capacity). Develop dashboards and reports to track cargo KPIs and route performance. Monitor cargo load planning, space utilization, and belly / freighter performance. Support revenue management through analysis of rates, demand, and pricing trends. Conduct profitability studies on routes, products, and customer segments. Provide forecasting for cargo volumes and revenue by region or product type. Work with Cargo Operations to improve handling efficiency and turnaround times. Analyze shipment mix (general cargo, perishable, pharma, express, e-commerce, etc.). Identify process bottlenecks and recommend efficiency improvements. Support strategic cargo projects (network expansion, partnerships, e-freight initiatives). Prepare management presentations and analytical insights for decision-making.
