Job description

Nation with Namo is looking for a Marketing Manager who is able to manage multiple advertising work streams and is dynamic, enthusiastic and keen-eyed enough to go beyond the obvious, draw complex insights and provide actionable to the team and the client.

Primary Responsibilities

  • Effective planning, implementation and monitoring of the digital media campaigns in coordination with different stakeholders, with end-to-end ownership of the complete process
  • Developing marketing strategies and campaign ideas by understanding brand language, audience preferences and competitive landscape
  • Analysing data from ad campaigns and secondary sources to identify trends, insights and opportunities to optimize campaign performance
  • Building and ensuring compliance to systems to ensure smooth execution of digital media campaigns
  • Providing inputs and expertise to drive efficacy of marketing activities, starting from media planning to content development and finalizing ad targeting
  • Creating and maintaining relationships with clients, advertising partners, influencers and publishers
  • Managing the team by recruiting, orienting, and training team members

  • Ability to interact effectively with all levels of management and clients, and ensure smooth inter-teams’ coordination
  • Demonstrable success in managing marketing campaigns
  • Ability to conceptualise ad campaigns
  • Proficiency in Meta, Google Ads Manager etc. and analytics / marketing tools like Google Analytics, Clever Tap, MO Engage, etc.
  • A self-starter mentality, a strong sense of ownership, and an appetite for learning
  • Educational Qualifications and Work Experience

  • Bachelor’s or master’s degree in marketing or a related field from a leading Indian / International education institution
  • Relevant experience of 3+ years gained in either a full-service agency or product / growth / brand management focused roles in a consumer-facing organization
  • Credible record of operating at a team management level
