Design Engineer - Fire

A reputed service consultancy firm in India is seeking a Design Engineer – Fire to join our Chennai office (full-time, on-site) .

• ???? Location : Chennai
• ???? Qualification : BE Mechanical
• ???? Experience : 2–4 years

What you'll work on :

✅ Hydrant, pump, sprinkler, detection & alarm systems

✅ Gas suppression & voice evacuation systems

✅ NBC / NFPA / FM / UL compliance

✅ Load estimates, pipe sizing & space planning

✅ 2D schematics, BOQs, specifications, RFIs & approvals

✅ CAD & MS Office documentation

✅ Site monitoring, client coordination & leadership

What we're looking for :

• ???? Strong knowledge of fire protection & safety standards
• ???? Hands-on experience with fire system design & approvals
• ???? Good communication & client-facing skills
• ???? Willingness to travel when required
