As a Senior Product Marketing Manager (SPMM) at iSOCRATES, you will play a pivotal role in driving the success of our SaaS platform MADTech.AI by developing and executing strategic marketing initiatives. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to understand market trends, customer needs, and the competitive landscape to inform product positioning and go-to-market strategies. The ideal candidate will be highly skilled in digital marketing, have a deep understanding of SaaS products, and have experience working with highly valued brands. Additionally, candidates with experience from top marketing agencies with a global presence will be preferred.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop comprehensive product marketing strategies to drive awareness, adoption, and retention of the SaaS platform.
- Collaborate with product management, sales, and customer success teams to ensure alignment on product messaging, positioning, and value proposition.
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify customer needs, market trends, and competitive insights to inform product roadmap and go-to-market strategies.
- Create compelling marketing collateral including sales enablement materials, presentations, website content, case studies, and whitepapers to effectively communicate product features and benefits.
- Lead the execution of digital marketing campaigns across various channels including email, social media, search engine optimization (SEO), and paid advertising to drive lead generation and customer acquisition on behalf of the Platform team.
- Measure and analyse the performance of marketing campaigns and initiatives, and leverage data-driven insights to optimize marketing strategies and drive continuous improvement.
- Develop strong relationships with key stakeholders including customers, partners, and industry influencers to drive advocacy and enhance brand reputation.
- Stay up to date of the industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging technologies to identify new opportunities and innovative marketing strategies.
- Marketing & AdOps Domain Knowledge is a mandatory requirement
- Growth Hacker mindset and B2B SaaS PLG experience required.
In the first 90 days, our Senior PMM will :
Strategically establish our platform's brand presence with limited budget resourcesApply targeted marketing strategies for high-level visibility and engagementGenerate quality leads through effective marketing campaignsOptimize digital channels to maximize impact within target audience segmentsLay a solid foundation for sustained growth.Qualifications
Experience working with top brands and / or top marketing agencies with a global presence is highly desirable.Bachelor's / Master's degree in marketing, business administration, or related field. MBA is preferred.8+ years of total experience, with at least 5 years in a product marketing role in a B2B SaaS environment.Exposure to AI-based products or AI-driven marketing campaigns is mandatory.Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing strategies for SaaS products.Experience in demonstrating success in PLG (Product-led Growth) and ABM (Account-Based Marketing)Solid understanding of digital marketing tactics including email marketing, social media, SEO, and paid advertising.Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and translate insights into actionable marketing strategies.Excellent communication skills with the ability to effectively articulate complex concepts and tailor messaging to different audiences.Highly collaborative with the ability to work cross-functionally and influence stakeholders at all levels.Results-oriented with a passion for driving measurable impact and achieving business objectives.Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt quickly to changing priorities.Should be flexible to work between 3 : 00 PM and 12 : 00 AM ISTSkills Required
