Job description

Are you a detail-oriented professional with a strong civil engineering background and a passion for customer coordination? Join our team and be part of delivering exceptional post-handover support and project coordination for our UAE-based projects.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Monitor and review DLP (Defects Liability Period) tickets raised by customers during the 1-year DLP phase.
  • Evaluate and coordinate customer modification requests for apartments and villas.
  • Conduct basic technical assessments to ensure feasibility and compliance.
  • Collaborate with design consultants and internal teams (Design, MEP, Planning, Execution) for approvals and clarifications.
  • Prepare and share weekly progress reports on DLP status and modification requests.
  • Maintain accurate documentation, logs, and customer communication records.
  • Provide back-office coordination and support for UAE-based projects.

Required Skills & Qualifications :

  • Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering .
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in project coordination, fit-out, or technical back-office support.
  • Excellent communication and coordination skills with cross-functional teams.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) ; experience with CRM / ticketing systems is an added advantage.
  • Strong ability to read and interpret architectural and MEP drawings with great attention to detail.
