Job description

The Operations Manager will be responsible for overseeing end-to-end operational activities across multiple properties / sites to ensure seamless service delivery, compliance, and client satisfaction. The role demands strong leadership, analytical thinking, and cross-functional coordination to drive operational excellence, cost efficiency, and continuous improvement.

Requirements Education :

Graduate in Engineering, Business Administration, or Facilities Management.

MBA or related postgraduate degree is an added advantage.

Experience :

7–12 years of experience in operations or facility management.

Experience in handling multiple sites and large teams.

Good knowledge of M&E, housekeeping, security, safety, and vendor management.

Experience in budgeting, billing, and working with clients.

Familiar with government and statutory compliance.

Skills :

Strong leadership and communication skills.

Good planning and problem-solving abilities.

Proficient in MS Office and facility management tools.

Able to analyze reports and make data-driven decisions.

Customer-focused with a positive and proactive attitude.

Other :

Willing to travel frequently for site visits.

Ready to handle emergencies or issues at any time.

Should ensure safety, quality, and compliance at all time.
