About the Role :
The Assistant Manager will support the management of e-commerce operations while collaborating closely with sales and marketing teams to optimize performance across domestic and international markets. This role requires a strategic thinker with operational expertise and a good understanding of e-commerce sales, digital marketing, and international business practices.
Key Responsibilities :
- Assist in managing daily e-commerce operations across domestic and international channels.
- Support inventory management, order processing, and customer service operations.
- Coordinate with international logistics partners and vendors to ensure timely order fulfilment.
- Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to plan and execute promotional campaigns, pricing strategies, and product launches.
- Monitor KPIs, sales performance, and customer engagement metrics, and recommend improvements.
- Assist in implementing marketing strategies, digital campaigns, and international expansion initiatives.
Ensure compliance with international shipping regulations, customs, and trade requirements.
Requirements :
Bachelor's degree in Business, E-commerce, Marketing, or related field.4+ years of experience in e-commerce operations, with exposure to sales and marketing.Familiarity with e-commerce platforms (Shopify, Magento, WooCommerce, Amazon, etc.).Understanding of international logistics, customs processes, and cross-border e-commerce.Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.Preferred Skills :
Experience supporting international e-commerce sales or marketing campaigns.Knowledge of digital marketing, SEO, email marketing, and social media promotion
