ServiceNow ITOM Developer

Description : Job Summary :

We are seeking a skilled ServiceNow ITOM professional responsible for designing, implementing, and managing IT Operations Management solutions on the ServiceNow platform. The role involves working closely with stakeholders to automate, optimize, and enhance infrastructure and application operations.

This position requires strong technical expertise in ITOM modules to deliver end-to-end solutions for infrastructure visibility and operational intelligence.

Key Responsibilities :

• Module Implementation : Implement and configure core ServiceNow ITOM modules, including : Discovery, Service Mapping, Event Management, Orchestration / Automation, and Cloud Management.
• Solution Design : Design and develop end-to-end solutions for infrastructure visibility and operational intelligence.
• Integration : Integrate ITOM with CMDB, ITSM, and third-party monitoring tools (e.g., SolarWinds, Nagios, Splunk, Dynatrace).
• Custom Development : Develop patterns, probes, and sensors to enhance Discovery and Service Mapping.
• Automation : Configure event rules, alert correlation, and remediation workflows. Work with automation / orchestration to streamline operational tasks.
• Data Governance : Ensure data integrity and governance for CMDB in alignment with ITOM processes.
• Collaboration & Support : Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define requirements, deliver solutions, and provide technical guidance. Troubleshoot and resolve ITOM-related issues and optimize system performance.
