Job description

Lead the development and execution of comprehensive people strategies for the entire Region, aligning with McDonald's overall business goals.

Oversee all aspects of the restaurant employee lifecycle, from recruitment and onboarding to performance management, employee relations, and talent development.

Champion a culture of high employee engagement, fostering open communication and building pride and energy within the team.

Manage the recruitment process to ensure our restaurants are staffed with top talent aligned with McDonald's values.

Drive the effective implementation of all HR processes, ensuring compliance with labour laws and regulations.

Develop and deliver HR specific training programs at various life stages within the restaurants, promoting continuous learning and skill development.

Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline, identifying and nurturing future leaders at restaurant and management levels.

Implement strategies to improve employee retention and create a positive and energizing work environment.

Act as a trusted advisor to Field Business Leadership, providing strategic HR counsel and guidance.

Collaborate effectively with internal stakeholders across various departments.

Analyze HR data and metrics, identifying trends and opportunities for improvement.
