About the Role
We are seeking a Creative Strategist who can lead creative direction, own client communication, and deliver high-impact digital campaigns. The ideal candidate is strong in storytelling, concept development, copywriting, and strategic thinking, with the ability to translate business goals into powerful creative ideas. You will collaborate with designers, writers, and video editors to deliver high-quality output across platforms.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and conceptualise creative strategies for digital and social media campaigns.
- Create campaign narratives, messaging frameworks, and content directions.
- Write copy for campaigns, social media posts, video scripts, and internal communications.
- Build and manage content calendars across multiple clients.
- Create decks for campaigns, pitches, and strategy presentations.
- Coordinate with internal teams—designers and video editors—for seamless execution.
- Develop social media strategies and platform-specific content approaches.
- Oversee preparation of weekly / monthly performance and insights reports.
- Analyse campaign performance metrics and content effectiveness.
- Manage client communication, including briefings, presentations, and feedback cycles.
- Ensure timely delivery, revisions, and approvals for all creative assets.
Required Skills & Competencies
Strong expertise in creative strategy, digital communication, and copywriting.Excellent verbal and written communication skills with strong presentation abilities.Ability to handle multiple accounts and manage deadlines effectively.Deep understanding of social media platforms, trends, and digital marketing principles.Ability to convert briefs into structured, actionable creative directions.Strong organisational and project-management skills.Prior experience in a digital agency environment is preferred.Experience Required
2-3 years of experience in a digital marketing or creative agency.Experience in both creative strategy and account management is preferred.Experience handling multi-industry clients or complex digital campaigns is preferred.Education
Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
